演講簡介：遺囑規劃不僅是針對富人，它的作用是在每個人生病、殘障或死亡時妥善照顧您和您的家人，例如：誰可以做出醫療決定？誰可以做出財務決定？范有承律師將通過遺囑、信託和委託書等法律文件來解釋遺囑認證過程以及家庭成員之間如何轉移資產。 李小濱會計師將告訴您在贈予禮物或分配資產時該注意的稅務事項，以及了解遺產稅和資本利得稅將如何影響您的家庭。

We are active in serving our community through the Dallas Volunteer Attorney Program, Legal Aid of Northwest Texas, Senior Source, Advocates for Community Transformation, and other non-profit providers.
