PROBATE & GUARDIANSHIP
We prepare wills, living trusts, or charitable trusts, and help families navigate through the probate court.
We handle a variety of issues related to uncontested divorce, division of marital assets including prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, guardianship, and establishing family trusts.
We prepare families for the unexpected with living trusts, medical directives, and financial power of attorneys.
We are active in serving our community through the Dallas Volunteer Attorney Program, Legal Aid of Northwest Texas, Senior Source, Advocates for Community Transformation, and other non-profit providers.
When we begin the planning process, we consider your objectives, your family relationships, charitable inclinations, and possible tax liabilities to accomplish your objectives. We then work with you and, in some cases, with your financial advisers to design the appropriate plan to meet your goals and objectives. We prepare the necessary documents to carry out your desired plan and assist you with the implementation of your long-term strategy.
We help you plan for the efficient and effective transfer of assets to your loved ones, including spouses, younger generation family members, and to charities or causes that you wish to support.
We believe that every family should be able to create their own legacy.
